Was displeased to be met with some of the most incompetent staff at this store. Beyond the staff being slow, distracted, and... incompetent the boba was lackluster and the tea was just made from powder and seemed to be watered down. Tried their boba milk teas for the first time. Ordered their Cookies and Cream and Mango Milk Teas, both tasted great!
The drinks (fruit tea and milk tea) were amazing. The taste is strong, visually also pretty! Shop looks clean and the service is... great, especially the three girls????I like the signature the most ! Read more
Honestly I didn?t love it, and this isn?t my first time getting boba milk tea, although this was my first time trying this... place. I got the taro and asked for original tapioca boba. What I got was a lukewarm, bland drink with a combination of tapiocaboba and exploding ones that were filled with some kind of fruit filling. I personally did not like the exploding boba and wasannoyed that they were mixed in to the normal ones. Aside from the beverage being less than stellar, the customer service wasnot the best. The moment the girl at the register asked me what I wanted, she turned and started talking to a young man abouthis haircut, and it turns out he actually worked there as well. The young lady working there gave me attitude when I asked her what the the milk tea is made of. I was trying to ask her if it?s... Taiwanese style or a different style of tea. You should hire staff that doesn?t have an attitude problem and maybe I would buysomething from your shop. Read more
