Twice in recent weeks tried to dine inside at this Taco Bell only to get to their door to find it locked with NO SIGN ON THE... DOOR. As a result, my wife and I twice drove on to the 10 Mile & Grand River location, and we found that the food at thatlocation is so much better, anyway. I will give up on this location as I am tired of wasting my time parking, getting out ofthe car and learning that they are closed. They could at least post signs. Must be poorly managed. Read more
This place is terrible. The dining area is only open when they feel like it. When they are open, the people in there are lazy... and do not want to earn their $16 an hour. They complain because the person in charge never has the correct amount ofchange..... this isn't the consumer's problem! We have worked next to this place for 4 months everyone we try to get lunch therethey are closed 90% of the time. Possibly the worst Taco Bell ever. The day they decided to work with the dining area open, Iwatched them force an elderly couple to use the kiosk!!! The lazy lady behind the counter just ignored them. Have been frequenting this location for over a decade. I've done mobile orders, dine in, and ordered at the drive thru. They're... always pleasant, efficient, and the food is great. It's a very popular location so service is sometimes slow with long drivethru lines, but I can always count on them! Read more
this drive thru is a disaster. i had somebody ask me for my order. i gave it to them. couple minutes goes by & then somebody... goes ?repeat that? and then i repeated it, nobody responded again, few minutes goes by, and the person yells ?second window? anddidn?t confirm if my stuff was right or ask if i wanted anything else. i timed when i called my husband to ask what he wanted? iwas in the drive thru line for 32 minutes. :))))) Read more
Horrible. Everything was cool until I had to return to get cheese sauce workers forgot. Little ugly, rude chick acted like I... wasn't a customer to be waited on... she kept ignoring me until she was finished putting up sauce. What the heck??? I?ve bought from here a couple of times on Drive Thru, all have been pretty good except this time! The guy who took my order... couldn?t accept the fact that he made a mistake in taking my order and when I tried to correct him, he started going back andforth on how I did not spell my order right! I tried to explain again what I want place on my order, and told him just correctthat and confirm, but he exploded ?I make your food, you don?t teach me how to make it?. That just killed my appetite and Icanceled my order (I hope that at least the line of cars behind me get served by someone better) Well my friend, whoever thatwas on 7/9/2022 around 11:30 PM on the mic (who just took over the mic from another lady), with your attitude you will not bemaking food for people for much longer, you don?t deserve to be in this service. Family friendly diner, where everyone knows everyone. All of the servers treat you like family. Very homey atmosphere. My... husband and I dine here a couple of times a week we have probably had everything on the menu and have never had a bad experienceor meal. The fish is to die for cod, walleye, and perch all so fresh and hand breaded or try the walleye pan seared. Prices aregreat too! Read more
This Taco Bell is probably the worst I've ever been to when it comes to customer service. The lobby is never open even when... there are 5 workers inside. If you have a mobile order you still have to go through the drive through and then the food is coldby the time you get it. Not to mention they often mix up orders or forget items. Then you have to wait in line again to get itcorrected. I've never been so upset with a TBell. Read more
