The dine-in experience is very sweet, clean, and good ambience. I really love the totes the teas come in if you get take out. ... Service was nice too. Could not get no help at all. Other people walked in and got greeted and helped but not me! I was only a doordasher but when I... said good morning no one responded they all just ignored me. One of the women looked but it wasn't a friendly look. I felt justthat it was bad customer service (mind you the store was not busy) it was 8:30am. My first dash of the morning. Question is whatif I actually was a customer I mean you got to have more courtesy to ALL people not just those you WANT to speak too. I honestlyfelt like it was a race issues because 10 minute of sitting there a woman of their race came in and she was a dasher too and wasgreeted respectfully and STILL no one asked me if I needed help or anything. Call me sensitive or whatever but I believe inrespect period and I do not recommend this store AT ALL unless you okay with being ignored upon arrival no matter if your adasher or customer...I'm not with that it's 2022 almost 2023 and all these so called adult women in here can't greet someonethat walks in but greets people they want to greet it's your job to greet ALL not those you want to greet ...if you can't greetall and be equal you don't need go be working in the customer service field AT ALL! My boyfriend and I love this place, it?s definitely better than any other coffee shop in the area. We usually always have an... amazing experience, however, there?s one staff member who?s consistently rude. I understand having a bad day every now andagain, but every time we?ve been served by them we?ve left feeling a little let down. Other than that, Sweetwaters will alwaysbe our go-to coffee shop. Not at all worth the price! I ordered for the first time and it was definitely my last time. I was disappointed to say the... least. I ordered a slice of the four layered red velvet cake, pictured on the app and it was not what I received. (It was twolayers, not four as pictured.) For $7.35 for a slice, I expected what was pictured on the app.???? I also ordered a breakfastbiscuit with egg and cheese. I at least expected to get condiments like jelly in the bag but no. I wasn't impressed with thecoffee and the tea was just okay. Not only was I shocked, some of my coworkers were shocked as well. Someone suggested that Icall for a refund but I will chop it up to an experience and not order again. First impressions are important and presentationis very important when it comes to food. Came in with my friend 9:45am Sunday. Waited 10 minutes to even be greeted despite 3 staff constantly moving directly in front... of us. Once my friends order was taken and completed, quickly but the wrong drink mind you, I waited an additional 8 minutesthen left. Nearly 20 minutes and my order was never taken. Do not visit such poor service establishment. My favorite coffee shophas one less staff and serves far more customers with fantastic customer service than this sad place. Read more
