One of the best subway franchises I've ever seen. Service is fast and efficient they always are sure to ask the right questions.... The subs them selves are excellent they don't over fill there subs but they don't cheap out either. Great,Clean place with nice employees. The owner Bill,when asking his staff to do something, always says,?Please.? He also... refers to his staff as one big family. I?ve been coming to this Subway since I was 12 and he?s always been this way. Highlyrecommend this location and Happy that they?re part of our Novi community. Read more
Yes nice people here, feels like a family run location.
The staff here is super nice. So, yesterday I tried to get my free subway sandwich. It was a promotion between 10 am and Noon... for the first 50 people. I called at 10:06 am and the staff answered and said only a couple of people had been in so far. Ilive 10 minutes away but I have a toddler and it took me 50 minutes to get out of the house! LOL I made it into Subway around11:10 am and was literally the 51 person LOL I am still kicking myself about that. I ended up ordering a Philly Subway with nosubstitutions and it was delicious!
