After ordering in the drive thru I waited over 15 minutes to get my drink. I waited the majority of that time at the window with... no explanation. By the time I received my frappuccino it was mostly melted. What a waste of time and money. Read more

Lovely atmosphere and incredible customer service!
They are always so nice, and super quick. Orders are always correct, and the drinks consistently taste good. My favorite place... to go on my lunch break when I need a drive and some coffee! Btw, best (hot) chai tea with oatmilk I have ever had! P.S. Thegrilled cheese is so good! Read more
Always top notch customer service. Coover and the team at this location are amazing. They are pleasant, happy and look like they... actually enjoy what they do. It is refreshing to see people who go the extra mile to make customers happy. I have never had anyissue with my order here. The employees here should train other employees at other Starbucks in the area. This is my favoritelocation for service and quality with a smile. Read more
One of the worst Starbucks I've been too. Wait in drive thru is always 10+ min with four cars in line. They also skimp on what... they give you. I have had multiple times my Starbucks double shot is only 3/4 full. This seems to be a common issue when readingother comments. The staff is always friendly so it seems like either a training issue or a staffing issue. Read more
I just left this location and I order from here a lot and always have more than a 10 minute wait on mobile orders when I get... there 10-12 minutes later my order is still never ready. This was my green tea frapp today. There's a quarter less then whatshould be in there. But I wasn't charged a quarter less. Very disappointed with this location. Read more
Busy just like every Starbucks, but that's not why I'm upset. I drove here specifically cause they had a drive thru and I didnt... to go in because I have an injured food and didn't want to limp in there in the cold. (Selfish of me I know) I get there and I'mwilling to wait because like I said, every Starbucks is pretty busy, especially around this area. There's a bit of a long line(but I've seen longer even at this location). I get to the screen to order and someone greeted me nicely and told me they wouldbe right with me. Next thing I know someone different comes on the speaker and begins taking my order. I had ordered a cinnamondolce drink and she responds with "yup. We have that." In a rude tone. Okay fine.. no big deal everyone has bad days. I thenkindly asked for a $20 gift card to be added and mentioned it didn't matter what kind of gift card design it was. The same rudeemployee mentioned "you'll have to come inside to do that".. I asked why and she said "because I would have to get out our WHOLEinventory and pick out the card you want and you can just come inside to do that because we have a very long line to catch upon." I then stated again that I didn't care the card I received I just wanted a card. She pretty much said she wasn't willingto do it and told me again I'd have to come inside. I had already waited for 11 minutes (which isn't even that long in myoption) and I even waited for another 10 minutes after I ordered and the line moved up by one car.... Look I understand you hada long line. So does every Starbucks, maybe you are short staffed.. but I was a paying customer and have never had an issuegetting a gift card through the drive through.. needless to say I went to the Starbucks down the road and they also had a longline but they serviced me and I was in and out of the drive thru within 10 mins.
