A very clean, centrally located, and high order accuracy store which is in high demand in the Novi area. Only critique is that... you should be prepared to wait in a long line during most visits - both in the drive through and in-store line. Demand at thislocation exceeds this location?s ability to service customers quickly (not a quick in-and-out location). Long lines aside, thisis a great location. Read more
I have been coming to this Starbucks for years when I am traveling in the Novi area. It has recently been renovated with a... large drive-thru area. The store is always busy and The excellent staff here keeps things moving very quickly even when they'recrowded. I've never had a single issue with an order or food quality and highly recommend this location. Read more

Male employee with long ponytail always parks his car while at work in one of the few 15 minute pick up spots in front of the... store. He is always rude to customers as are other employees such as Kendall. Drinks are not always made correctly and areeither not filled enough in the cups or are overflowing. There are a few positive and professional employees there but far andfew between. If you walk in the door don?t expect to be greeted more than half the time and if you walk up to the mobile pick uparea don?t expect be acknowledged for awhile. This store needs serious training. Hope area manager Tamara will step it up to fixthe issues at this location. I hesitate to even tip here any more - and I?m one of $5-$20 tippers.
