Ordered online waited over an hour. Recieved a call from the dasher saying one of the subs isnt going to happen due to that type... of meat and to change order.. called potbelly to change the order and they said they were closing and couldnt do anything aboutit.. all while my order is still active. Then when the store closes they cancell my order altogether instead of just filling therest. Ordered 1 sub, 1 soup 2 milkshakes.. Read more

I been this location during the lunch time. Line up was about 6-7 people but the service was pretty quick for such a line up. I... have had veggie melt (as I am vegetarian). The location was very clean with a lot natural lights. Now I am frequent customer ofthis location. I would strongly recommend to try once. Read more
Had lunch yesterday and the food and service were great. This location is the best one. The Italian sub has so much flavor and... they got my toppings just right - the extra lettuce I asked for and it stayed on the sandwich instead of falling off with everybite. The sugar cookie is the best dessert from a fast food chain. Buttery flavor, crispy edges and chewy center - it?s perfectimo. Read more
Ordered delivery and received it 10 minutes early! Had the big chicken salad sandwich, chips and macaroni salad. Perfect dinner... for a beautiful spring evening. All their items are fresh. The restaurant has plenty of parking, with ample seating. Employeesare friendly and service is fast. They also serve ice cream and shakes. Will definitely order again. Read more
