At first, I was a bit frustrated as my Panera delivery was 40 minutes late and my order was supposed to arrive for a scheduled... office meeting. As I walked into the Wixom Panera and asked to speak with the manager; Michael greeted me kindly, listened to myconcern, and was extremely professional in explaining that he had just had 3 employees walk out and another not show. Iexplained to him that I was also under stress and we quickly worked together to fix the problem. I was very impressed with howMichael handled the situation and left Panera satisfied. All my food tasted fine but I really hated the attitude I got from the staff. I understand that the time of day was stressful,... I've worked in fast food many years I get it, but if they could have not snapped at me for asking of my order was ready when itsaid ready on the screen but wasn't in the order pickup section that would have made my visit much better. Coffee and hot waterfor tea was also out when I came in, but I won't hold that against them. I must have come in after or during a rush. Read more
We ordered four meals. One was supposed to be a soup bread bowl. It was not. It was a bowl of soup the size to go with 'You Pick... Two' and no bread bowl and no side baguette. It did taste good, but we paid for something we did not get, and waited an hour anda half for our food. Read more
I have done several rapid pick up orders for lunch and most have been completed quickly and all correctly. I did attempt a curb... side pick up once and no one ended up coming out with my food when it was ready (waited an additional 15 minutes - did the app &phone call to alert them).I ended up walking in to get my food and have done the rapid pick up ever since. Very disappointed with today's food items. Had the two choices, wild chicken rice soup and the "new" spicy chicken sandwich. ... The soup was obviously left over from several days ago, even had a different taste and had an orange color to it. The spicychicken sandwich had no spiciness to it at all and found it to be rather bland, sure won't order again. This is my firstexperience at Panera like this, hope it will be my last. Read more
The service here was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a few weeks ago from door dash and unfortunately my dasher took some food... from my order. While the door dash side of the order isn?t really their issue and more of a door dash issue they were sohelpful. Every person I talked to including first person on the customer service line and the managers. I wish I could rememberher name but the manager I had was phenomenal. A few weeks ago I didn?t get my brownie and I just assumed maybe I?d never get itbecause it had been a while. I put in a new order today without ordering a brownie. Today I received a brownie with a note on itthat said ?here?s this since they took your brownie last time? Ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and it was practically all bread. It had the tiniest piece of steak. The broccoli cheddar... mac and cheese was so mushy, i couldn't even eat it. Also, we tried to order smoothies and they said they couldn't make them dueto the blenders being cleaned. Had to wait a while for our food too. Im sure the smoothies could have been ready by the time wegot our food. Read more
I always get my rapid pick-up order later than the set time. It's always 10-30 min later, which defeats the purpose of ordering... ahead in advance for RAPID pick-up. I would recommend ordering about 10-20 min earlier than you plan to be there. Read more
