I went here for a couple things and walked from the mall and off the bat the indoor was closed so instead of going all the way... back to my car I walked through the drive through and went around. I sat at the ordering mic thing for a good 3 minutes beforeanyone answered. Which I found kinda weird but there were other people in line so it's probably just communicating in thebackground. I got two strawberry shakes and both of them came as vanilla and when I went to the window to pay a man literallyglared at me and said that "were only allowing this just once because indoor is closed." Which I found kinda rude. The otherworker who gave me my drinks and food was much kinder and even jumped when she saw me at the window which was kinda funny. And Ifelt unwelcomed to go back around and fix my strawberry shakes in due to the attitude of the first guy. Read more
What can I say, McDonald's is McDonald's. You know what you expect and you know what you're getting and they did not disappoint.... They did a good job on the cafe latte which most McDonald's screw up but I order extra shots and it was actually good. Read more
Pulled up No one in line. Wanted breakfast sandwich but it was 11am. Ordered a Quarter Pounder w/Mac sauce. Service was friendly... and quick. Asked for Ketchup... No Ketchup!???? Ordered about $20 worth of food and all the large fry's came back the size of the small. The fry's didn't even come up to the... opening of the large container! Since ordering thru drive-thru and hitting the road I called to complain about them and givingthem the opportunity to make it right but them just apologized and said "oh I am sorry" and remained silent. I asked them tocorrect selling me large fries and getting the qty of a small and they said no! As I explained we are running to an event andcouldn't until the next day and he made a comment that you have to return right away. As I explained the 9/10x you eat and runbecause it is called "fast" food and eat on the run because you don't have time to cook. As well I could of easily dumped halfoff each container if I was trying to pull something off. Poor ethics and stealing from their customer base in the efforts ofmaking more money!!! Read more
Wow! If I could give this establishment a 0 star I would. Got to the window and ordered, the gentleman did not say one word the... whole time. Pulled up and paid, this gentleman didn?t speak as well. Was given my food and asked for ketchup and was told theywere out. (???) Then a fry was missing and minutes later 5 employees came to the window, ganged up on me yelling at me that Ididn?t order one, when I did. So I offered to pay for one and they proceeded to say no. I then found a code for a free one andgave them that and they finally gave me the fry I ordered. WORST drive thru experience and I have never met such miserableemployees. Will never be coming back! Went thru drive thru at 1pm. It was busy, as usual but the wait time was very minimal. The order we got was exactly as ordered,... that's unusual lately. The pay window employee was friendly, the order window was also friendly and asked if we wanted a drinkcaddy, extra napkins or salt-ketchup, that never happens. Worst employees EVER! They are very rude you can tell they do not like there job! Talk very aggressively and I called them out... asked were they ok and was they just having a hard day she goes on and tell me to mind my business and i watched her go over tomake my fries and barely put any in there because she was upset with me I was very kind to these 2 and I got nothing in returnbut attitude everytime I come here I?ve never had a problem always was a 10 now I won?t ever come here again and I work in themall so I only had at 45mins break and spent 32mins of it here I?ve been a manager for 5 years I?ve never treated anyone the waythey treated me today! Every time I come to this location there's always a problem. If I pay for something like sauce or bacon, or toppings in my... McFlurry, I expect to have it in my bag or refund the difference. The manager just now told me that they don't do refunds andthey can't replace anything unless it's the same day. 2 months ago, they told me something totally different. The didn't giveme a receipt and the manager refused to share his name when I called. Read more
