On August 1st i was refused service at this location. I may never order from this Jets again after this experience,and i am... someone who orders 2x a week from this location. Heres what happened. I was driving home and phone had died so i couldnt callahead. I arrived at jets at 9:45 pm they close at 10. I have been the last customer before as recently as two weeks prior. So iwalk in and no employees are present. The open sign is on the lights are on and the oven is still on i see the belt moving andthe heat rising from the opening. So i shout Hello several times still nobody. Pace around the lobby knock on the employee doorno response. Five minutes go by finally at 950 pm a woman comes to the front and asks if im picking up i say no looking to placean order she gives me a dirty look so immediately i say just a jet boat with pepperoni. She says let me go ask my manager i tellher ive been her waiting 5 minutes tell him i just want a jet boat and i have been here 5 minutes. So she walks away The jetboat is the 2nd easiest item to make on the menu behind a jet bread. I used to work at a jets years ago. The process takes 60-90seconds plus 7-8 minutes to roll through the oven. She comes back saying we dont want to take anymore orders tonight. I say iwas here at 945 ive waited 5 minutes for someone to even come to the counter. She says well sorry we close at 10pm. At least shesaid sorry. I then say 945 is not 10 o clock and just walk away very disappointed. I do not believe i should have been refusedservice showing up during business hours. Also waiting 5 minutes at the counter to get greeted while multiple people are workingis unacceptable I hate to post this but i felt hurt and kind of betrayed as i am a loyal customer who always choose jets firstwhen it was time to order pizza for me and my family. Pretty disappointing experience. I ordered 2 large pizzas via Jets robot assistant. Was expecting square pizzas, they came out... round. Called asking for it to be fixed or some sort of discount for next time. The manager, Damien I believe, just kept tellingme it was my fault, wouldn't even give me 10% off my next order. Rude, told me I should just go to the other location next time.Even acknowledgement or an apology would have gone a long way. Read more
Normally this location has good pizza. I order same pizza ALWAYS. I called store just now 2/3/2022 app 7:20pm and was told the... small square pizza is no longer available. Looking at website it seems the four slice is still offered. Not sure what's true???? Read more

This is a great Jets Pizza. The food here is always perfect. The pizzas are made just as they are supposed to be, never... overcooked, always picture perfect and always tasting great. They have a great crew here. Read more
Ordering online is a complete joke! They just leave you hang, you call, they apologize and say the food is on the way. It never... shows up, then it is a struggle to get your money back. This place is operated by inept people constantly. Read more
