Not as large quantity in a large pizza, but we order extra and there is never any pizza left over!
We ordered tonight at 5:20pm. Was told it would be 45 mins. Waited an hour and a half, then called them again and was told that... our order was in the oven. Waited 30 more mins (2 hours now) and called again to request a discount for waiting so long andspoke to the manager named Daniel who was very rude and hung up on me. We order from here almost weekly but the way Daniel spoketo me and treated me over the phone was very unprofessional and extremely rude. How he spoke to me is NOT how you retaincustomers. I think Daniel needs to think about a new career that doesn't include dealing with customers. Best pizza in town. We thought Jet's was the best until we tried Guido's....just wish there was one in South Lyon.
Great pizza, sometimes they get a little busy but worth the wait. We?ve been coming here for years.
I ordered there today and the guy over thee phone was extremely rude. Had me on hold for 15 minutes then rushed me off the... phone. I was trying to ask him to have thee delivery guy call upon arrival because he can't get into my workplace without abadge for the door, but before I got to tell him that,...he hung up in my face. Im currently waiting on my pizza to arrive, butI will never eat there again after today. There's something about someone being rude when you're paying THEM for their services.Don't care how good the food is....never again. Read more
I love their pizza. However, they just sent over a 14" pizza when I ordered a 16". Upon calling, he asked what size the box is... (16"). Fine. He then stated he is looking at the order and it shows a 16", which I don't deny...I definitely ordered a 16". Ultimately, he didn't offer to make it right in any way. Being the stubborn old man I am, I measured the pizza. Measures rightat 14". Would have appreciated some benefit of doubt after repeatedly coming to this place for dinner. Read more
Went here for the first time and ordered a large pizza with chicken, feta and spinach, as well as the cinnamon bread. It was... still very warm and fresh when I arrived. It was flavorful and perfectly full of each topping. Only suggestion would be to addmore sauce on the pizza next time, or ask for extra sauce when ordering. At 5:15 p.m. on Friday November 25th 2022 I tried calling in to this establishment and they answered the phone and they rushed... me quickly and said delivery pick up whatever and I said delivery and he rushed me to the other subject and then you rushed meto another subject where I got so rushed I could not even comprehend what I was saying so I told him you are rushing me too fastwith my order and he said to me as the owner of this place he said to me the customer I have 20 people ahead of you as I was NObuddy...I could not even get my items out as he was rushing me to the next thing.
