Some of you guys fail to realize that some places (like this specific location in twelve oaks) are extremely short staffed and... only have 2 employees working at this location during a normal week. Y?all should be grateful they even showed up to serve you.And you are not the only person who orders here so yeah you?ll definitely experience a wait. It?s a mall for crying out loud. THE WORST A&W I have ever been to!! Placed my order yesterday, waited over 15 minutes all the while having to listen to the... OWNER yell at customers because their food was taking forever to be served and cold when received. Screaming profanities at anelderly woman who simply asked when her food would be ready. Screaming at me because HIS employees are lazy and threw my chilicheese fries in the bag sideways spilling them all over the bag and all over my burger which by the way had RAW bacon on it allthe while verbally attacking my company because he doesn?t possess the life skills to deal with the public!!! If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would! The lady who was taking my order was very RUDE! She was rolling her eyes and had... a snarl tone in her voice. She said, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" really loudly. After placing my order and paid for what I owed them, Iasked if I could have some change back, and she let out a loud angry sigh and refused.
