Why the clerk is denying the entrance to the establishment at late night? Isn't this a 24hrs 7-eleven? He is kind of a new face.... I never had this experience with the former clerk. His pretext to not give service is because "he's cleaning". Is it part of7-eleven politics not to give service because of cleaning? I miss Derrick. Such a great guy. Read more
Bought something and the price on the register didn't match the shelf tag, the young guy at the register wouldn't even go check.... I guess I should send it with the price tag pic to Lansing and make a complaint. Read more
Owner sell us hard hotdog buns Hot dog is overcook or old too. Pizza?s are old and not juicy, The dough is hard and crispy... already Ordered a cheesy bread, Owner said they don't have one. We decided to have an extremely rare junk food day and ordered several items through Door Dash. A chicken ceasar pasta salad... marketed as "fresh" came with pasta that appeared molded. I contacted Door Dash, they said the quality wasn't their issue, theyjust delivered. I tried calling the store, they didn't answer. I filed a complaint with their corporate office and am awaitingtheir response. I failed my own quality standards by ordering "fresh" from 7-11. My own fault. Be warned. Photoattached. Good place. The coffee is always fresh and the drink machines aren't broke like other convenience stores. The staff is nice and... helpful. My only gripe is the price...almost everything costs more here. But that's what you get for the convience. Read more
I've been a customer here for over 10 years, things have gotten pretty bad at this location. There is expired product in the... cooler, non speaking, non friendly staff. The new midnight guy basically ignores customers, you might as well put in a selfcheck register and have him sit in the back room. Read more
