I came in from work to enjoy a salad like I have done many times before. Today I was greeted and sat and then forgotten about.... The guy who sat me took an order of the table that he sat after me. We love brunch places..and we tried lots of them in marin. But we tried this one today after reading reviews. But honestly we... felt its overrated. We had to wait for an hour for our order. They didn't know what exactly we ordered and we arevegetarian..but we got bacon when the order arrived after lot of asking. My wife had ordered benedict but was missing extraavacado ( but they did put it in the bill ! ) Waiter said their espresso machine was broken, then their food ticketing wasbroken. Man, it was excruciating...we will never goto this place again. The food was alright not bad but service isunsatisfactory. Never again. Read more
Went there for breakfast today. The service was okay, the food was terrible. Worst potato?s I?ve ever had. Ordered a side of... sausage and there was ZERO presentation. The sausages literally looked like cockroaches. You could tell the potato?s had beensitting there for awhile and were just deep fried. There were 2 dogs sitting next to us and the owner started letting the dogeat off their plate and drink from their glass of water. This place is DISGUSTING. Will never ever be coming back. Read more

Very delicious meal here. Lemon caper sauce topped my grilled salmon, accompanied with mixed veggies and rice. The sauce made... the meal, exceptional blend of buttery goodness. The price was well above average, so I marked 4 stars, but don't pass them up. Read more
My friend and I loved TOAST! Located in Novato, CA (Marin County). It was unique and great food. The walls look like Toast. The... food was great! The tables were a little small for all the plates and two people. There were pretty fountains outside withmosaic tiling. The prices seemed a little high, but maybe comparable for the area. I had Cinnamon French Toast, withStrawberries and Bacon. My friend had a Mushroom Omelet with veggies and truffle oil. Worth the trip. Read more
