The worker was very rude and unprofessional she also lied and tried to tell me that she was the manager. When i did speak to... the manager because I wanted to get a refill on my soda. And because I didn't have my receipt they didn't allow me to get arefill. I was there 30 minutes before and got 2 sausage mcmuffins and i decided to come back and get 2 more. Theseunprofessional rude and terrible people barely even spoke English. This is a shame. I am Hispanic but when these people come inand try to work but don't have any common knowledge on how to have some customer service that is polite and respectful this is ashame. They don't belong anywhere in this type of business especially in charge and running the store. Read more
I go here more than I should but the location is convenient. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. It's like the staff hate their... lives and purposely mess up your order. I'm never one to complain to staff but they either mess up the order or do things likehand you a half filled soda or an ice cream cone that is ready to fall over in your lap every time. Good as McDonald's goes. Clean bathrooms. Fast service once I ordered. As is the current trend, it's hard to get waited on... and you need to use the kiosk for fastest service. That's why it's missing a star. Read more
Have young kids so have gone here often, always drive thru. Something wrong with our order almost every time we?ve gone. Missed... burger, wrong or missing sauce, drink unavailable but you don?t find out until pick up window. Maybe need more training? Read more
I went by to get an order, but I needed to make a phone call first. An employee came out of the restaurant to call the police on... me for Loitering. Why? Don't they want customers? Especially in these insane days where man needs to be supportive of each otheras a species? Read more
Service was fast, friendly people and clean. However the prices were steep.
