Food was hot and fresh, only thing that was kind of annoying was the cleaning lady kept sweeping over by me while I was eating... stirring up dust so I kindly asked her to wait until I was done. Other than that it's a good little McDonald's. Read more
If I could I would give 0 stars or take away stars. Every time I go to the drive thru the order is wrong. Or they take 5 minutes... or don't even answer when I get to the intercom at 11pm. 1 hour before they even close. I don't recommend ANYONE going to thistrash place. Read more
Lately this particular restaurant has an odor problem. It has been going on for a few months now without it being resolved.... Another thing is that the employees always seem bent out of shape when you want to use your reward points. And no one seems tosmile anymore. This used to be my favorite McDonald's to go to. And it seems like their milkshake machine is either out of orderor they are cleaning it whenever I have an erge to order one.....which seems suspicious to me. If there were more fast foodoptions in Novato I wouldn't waste my time here. Read more
Nice people, not the usual "I hate my job" attitude you get from most fast food drive thru people. Not that I blame those... people, but these folks don't seem to hate it. It's nice. They're very pleasant. Read more
