Only benefit of this place is the fact that they had vegan options. Aside from that, it was not a good experience. My friend got... a normal slice of pizza and they left it in the oven for too long to the point where the pizza was too hard and crunchy. Over priced in my opinion was mostly sauce and hardly any cheese. Dough was undercooked and I didn?t think the sauce was good I... took a couple bites and threw it away . I wouldn?t come back . I ordered the BBQ Chicken and Blue Cheese and it was surprisingly good. The chicken was real, the crust was perfect, and the... cheese was melted evenly and perfectly. I?ve seen a lot of bad recent reviews here, but I can?t relate. Told me 10 minutes, wasdone right on time. The 2 girls there showed good customer service. There was a decent selection of pizza toppings and other food here. It is a very intimate style of shop, with pizza sold by the... slice or whole and service being efficient and expedient (I spent about 10 minutes in there total for my two different orders)out of this small pizzeria. I ordered the Big Bad Baltimore Belly Buster, which was a healthy sized slice with a heap oftoppings. Given those two factors, I would say the price of $4.95 was warranted. A similar price for pepperoni or cheese may bea bit off-putting to some, though. For a quick, cheap slice you'd be better off elsewhere. For a slice from the (slightly)"uppercrust" of pizzas, that still has a corner pizzeria feel, Slice On the Avenue may be your answer. All in all, I'lldefinitely be back to try some of their other selections (and to get a whole Big Bad Baltimore Belly Buster pie to take home!). Read more
