This is the most ghetto McDonald's I've ever been to. You have to beg for a straw and napkins every time, I guess adults aren't... capable of getting their own like at every other one. No soap in the men's room, and I don't mean the container is empty. It'snot even there. And of course my Big Mac wasn't made right. Big surprise. I love their French fries ???? but I can't remember the last time they were fresh, hot, and seasoned without too much... salt. It's also almost routine to have something missing from your order as well. I just believe that the employees areprobably not getting a decent pay and just don't take pride in their work. going here for lunch is like knowingly boarding the titanic! I went through the drive thru ordered looked at the screen order... was correct. Paid they rung me up for the wrong order. You can not hear anything they say to you. I got to the second window said this is not my order. was told yes it is handed a bag and the window was shut. At this point I figured out I was rung upfor the wrong order. no big deal. When I walked in and tried to explain the situation It was like I never even ordered. Theemployees are yelling at me asking what I ordered from the kitchen. I understand being busy but there was no professionalism atall. After repeating my order for the fourth time I finally get told we are making you a new order. At this point I have beenhere for 20 minutes. When I finally get my order thankfully its right my coworker walks in with the same problem... This placeis a actual joke. I've gone here on and off over 8 years. There hasn't been a single time they got my order 100 percent correct. Observe the... "large" fries and burger I just pulled out of the bag. I haven't touched either. In the kids meal I subbed the apples for extrafries. They never put them in. I guess I should have been thankful they even got the toy. Well. I ordered a Happy Meal for my daughter with what was supposed to be chicken nuggets. All I know is I got home and we had a... box that clearly said 6 chicken nuggets, with 2 un known objects inside. Drive through was way too long for FAST food and orderwas wrong. Had to pull over from the drive through, no big deal... Except that they forgot the BBQ sauce, and my unsweetened tea was... definitely sweet. And the burger looked like someone had already been gnawing on it. Their saving grace is of course the happymeal. So, the kiddos were happy. Read more
