Waited 10 minutes before anyone actually came to the table to i troy dice themselves as the waitress. Customer service was quick... and rude , i should not be asked ? is that all? 10x in between ordering my food. Wasn?t offered a refill for my soft drinks orwater , wasn?t offered napkins or asked ? how is everything ? . Highly recommend better training for waitresses . Customerservice can go a LONG way! I love ihop unfortunately I should?ve listened to the google reviews, everything was bad. The place was hectic! servers... screaming out at each other, bad attitudes I mean come on.. our food came out extremely late like 30 min wait.. our serverdidn?t offer any sauce and tossed everything out like it was a chore. Came to check on us Atleast 2 times while we were therefor over 40 minutes. Food was dry and Unsatisfying. Hire more people. Train them better.. this is sad. I have worked in the foodindustry and I know how to treat people better smh. Read more
food was mid. I got the ba ba banna minions meal, looked appetizing at first? that changed quickly as soon as i took my first... bite. The Sprinkles were stale and there was hair on the syrup. All though the waitress was great she was on top of everything.The hash browns were also good. Lastly the busser was not doing they?re job, me and my family had to stack our own plates tomake more room. Very very misleading snd disappointing. Read more
Food was alright. The service was great. Grace was our waitress and she was quite pleasant and helpful. The floors were sticky... everywhere I stepped though, didn't look dirty but definitely felt so. Read more
Our server was very nice and all the food came quick. Everyone enjoyed their meal but there were a few issues with serving,... sides didn't come until we asked about them and one person in our family got three pancakes instead of 4. Besides that though itwas a good time. Great for a casual Friday night dinner. Read more
Great experience. Our waiter was Trey, he was great, very friendly and attentive. My coffee cup was full and had plenty of... creamer as requested. The food was good too I had pumpkin pancakes with sausage, scrambled eggs and hash browns, and the kiddogot a special seasonal pancake meal with blue sparkly icing. (She liked it) Read more
Really good friendly service. Food was good at an average price.
Experience was horrible. Waitress was sitting in the table area smoking a vape Watching videos. Nobody checked on us even one... time including the manager who walked past our empty glasses 3 times. Was supposed to be my sister's birthday dinner in which weall left miserable. Forgetting to mention how EVERY one of our meals were messed up but nobody was around so we just ate whatthey brought paid and left. Read more
