We ordered takeout tonight, and my dinner was inedible. I ordered the chicken caesar wrap. The lettuce in the wrap was actually... rotting! I unwrapped the entire thing, to see if all of the lettuce was the same and it was. So disappointing, as we liveoutside of town and going back was not an option. When I called, the chef said it was totally his fault, that he didn?t notice?just grabbed the lettuce out of the bag and didn?t see it?. He said he would make a note in the till and my next one would beno charge. No thank you? Read more
Great food. The staff were excellent. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat.
We found great service, tasty food - the wings were just excellent - and a reasonable price with clean bathrooms. What more can... you ask from a roadside diner? If the weather permits, it's best to eat out doors because the old building smells a little mustyinside. Read more

Out for Sunday drive to Lakefield. On our way home we stopped for lunch at Jack's Family restaurant in Norwood! We're ... welcomed right away. Seated inside(cooler). Friendly quick service in nicely decorated atmosphere. I had salad...quite good &filling. My husband had senior fish & chip special wow included soup, another side & drink for a great price ???? We had a really fantastic server. She was great about seating us and asking if we needed anything else. She was also had... conversations with us about the area. The food was amazing. Had garlic bread with cheese and bacon as an appetizers, the theHot Chicken sandwich and my mom had the clubhouse. Both meals were perfect and there was lots of it.
