Looks like a fun atmosphere. Busy on a Friday night. I picked up food to go, was there early and it was ready on a table for... pickup. Chicken was overcooked in the chicken teriyaki and the chicken yaki udon, but family enjoyed the two since it wasn't toosalty. The miso soups were nice in a cold day, and the fried rice was just ok. We went there last night. The food was ok, but they have very bad service. The waitress gave us the bill included service fee.... She also attacked us for more tips right after she charged us the bills. It?s ridiculous. VERY BAD service!! Read more
It was our first time and we felt lost. The wait staff didn't try to explain any thing. I wanted hot tea and asked what... sweetener they carried and she loom at me and said sugar so I asked if they had equal, splenda or sweet and low she said theyhad sugar so I said I wanted something hot but I'll take a Sprite she said oh, we have the yellow sweetener.
