Waited an hour to just place an order and then another 40 mins to get our order. We ordered toasted bagels but by the time we... got them they were cold and hard again. Food tasted like it would have been good if on time but nothing special compared thandifferent bagel shops in the area. The iced coffee was good though. So many other bagel shops handle the amount of customersmuch better on a daily basis their system on how they prep and make food needs to be updated. Read more

It was my first visit here and there was a long line-up (it was Saturday afternoon so I kinda expected). I waited more than... 30mins for the bagel sandwich but it was worth waiting! And the iced coffee was so good! This is a must-try. In the restaurantliterally everyone was having this coffee. I will definitely come back to try other bagels! Read more

I love giving reviews here on Google, what I don't love doing is giving bad or 1-star reviews. I figured I would check out SPoT!... after a coworker recommended this place for breakfast/brunch, who said they're sandwiches were AMAZING. Unfortunately, I nevergot the chance to try anything.... So get to Norwood at 7:30am, and I have to be at work for 8am. Upon entering, I saw a sign onthe front door that said "Due to staffing problems, the bakery will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays (pretty sure it said thosedays). Thinking that I can wait about 20-25 for a breakfast sandwich on a Friday morning (also Veteran's Day), but I should haveread the reviews about the wait time ahead of time. YOU LITERALLY NEED AN HOUR (if not more) OF YOUR TIME TO WAIT. There wereabout 7-8 people in front of me, along with some people at the tables who are either waiting for food or have already eaten, butfrom the looks of those poor unfortunate souls, looking at the counter with yearning for breakfast, they were all definitelywaiting for their sandwiches as well. Anyways, there's ONE guy working the grill with all the eggs and bacon. It looked likeher was the ONLY person working the food part of the bakery. He was getting the bagels out of the oven, filling the the bagelsin the baskets, cooking, toasting bagels and making the sandwiches and bagging them. One women was taking orders and writingthem on little slips of paper that would then get placed on the cutting board with all the cold cuts, cream cheese and lettuce. Now, back to standing in line, still about 7 people in front me, there are still at least 5-6 orders on the counter that eitherhave already been in the process of being made or still need attention. There's another women behind the counter, but she isstanding around, only calling out the names of completed orders, making coffees and not doing anything remotely helpful withmanaging the orders, but there's not one after the other. The orders are being so slow, slower Read more

We?ve been going here for several years. Why? The bagels are delicious, cream cheese flavors are as well. We love the coffee.... Anna, Maura, and Perry are a dream team. If you time it right, the wait isn?t long as others have said, but if you go at a busytime and the line is long, it?s a great opportunity to slow down, clear out your email box on your phone, look at all of theamazing soda flavor selections, etc. We think it?s definitely worth the wait if we end up there at a busy time. If you are reading this you are probably smarter than me and are doing some research before going into this place. I have been... to this place 3 times, twice in their previous location (across the street) and once in their new location. If want to try thisas a first time I suggest you plan for 45min to 1.30min to sit and wait for a bagel with cream cheese. Do not dare tellsomething to their staff or you will be mocked and laugh at. They have good bagels and a clientele so they are doing well and donot need any newcomers to ask for good service. This has been my experience the 3 times I have been here so you can try foryourself.
