Second time coming here, first time eating in person. Service is perfectly fine, the atmosphere is a little out of date, but... those aren't too big of issues. We ordered saag paneer and paneer tikka masala with garlic naan and a mango lassi.Unfortunately, the garlic naan was the most flavorful out of the food. The paneer dishes had very little flavor and were verybland. The Tikka masala sauce almost tasted like regular canned tomato sauce. I've never eaten meat here, so maybe those dishestaste better, but it was a slog to keep eating the food. I expect spices in the food, but it tasted like there was barely any. Read more

This place has the best Indian food I have ever tasted!!! I?ve been here multiple times for both lunch and dinner, eat in, and... takeout. It?s not a terribly fancy looking dining room, but there are a decent number of seats, the food is amazing, and thepeople who work there are really nice. Read more

Staff is always so friendly. Seems like a very nice family run restaurant. I have eaten here before and it?s always good. Just... be sure if you think you can handle ?hot? spicy that you know what you?re in for. I love the heat so for me it?s good. But forsome first timers they should get medium to build up. They only have one goat dish that I see on the menu, so I?d love to seeother options. I get the lamb vindaloo and it?s very good. We had seafood curry and chicken Marsala. All very good. The samplerplate is a good starter. Little of everything. Downtown norwood really has some good places to eat! Read more

Stumbled upon this place once when passing through town and now it is my absolute go to. I crave the food constantly, and... they?re very punctual with deliveries too. Ate the food too fast to take pictures but I?d recommend any of the saag dishes orthe chicken korma. The more traditional Nepali food is incredible as well. Definitely worth trying. Read more

A unique dinner experience, customer friendly, good portions at a fair price point. Clean environment, good menu, handicap... accessible, and some of the best Rice I have ever had, white or otherwise. Would be 5 Star but it's located in Norwood Center, and as such parking can be incredibly hard to find, and wait time was significant but well worth it. (I should warn you, some ofthe items are extremely spicy, and they don't offer frozen mango drinks, which are exceptional for taming the flame ????, theydo have cut mango, not as effective IMHO) Two thumbs up ????????????. P.S. I deleted other photos, sorry. Read more

The food here was delicious! It was a small Nepali - Indian restaurant in Norwood. We just stumbled across this. It's more known... for take out but what people should be doing is go there to dine in, just as we did. The food is so delicious when it just comesout. Thats what our server said. She seemed passionate about the food there. I love that. Only thing I found that due to thetake out popularity, the dine in area looked pretty run down. I wish they would make the place a little more inviting! Read more

Norwood spice is located in the heart of downtown Norwood. This was a new place for us that had popped up on Yelp so we decided... to try this out. I tried this place a couple of times before giving this review so here it goes. Let me get the elephant out ofthe room. There?s no dine in available so your options are limited to take out or delivery. That being said, I?m sure you won?tregret either of those two options as the food was fantastic. We ordered tangy gold tenders, chicken tandoori, samosa chaat, naan, lamb curry, chicken tikka masala and lamb roghan josh. The entree come with rice as well. They also offer some fried papadwhich was a nice touch. The portion size is good and the food is tasty. The price is also decently priced. The overall Indianfood isn?t that spicy but it?s flavorful. Overall, this place is decent with its food offering and the price point together withtheir generous portion size. Read more
