Staff was very friendly. However after getting to a hotel with food, we discovered only food in bag... no forks for salad, no... Spoons for chili, crackers, no napkin, no condiments; salad dressing, ketchup for fries, etc. They were also out on half thesalad choices. Reminder toscself... always check bag before pulling out. Literally every time I go there they forget sauce, but there the ones that offer it when I order chicken nuggets. Offer... something and forget it- every time. Tnite they would of forgot my sauces again if I didn't check, but thanks for no straws formy drinks and no napkins for my food. Get it together Read more
The Wendy's in Norwich is decent...the late night crew I'm most familiar with and the ladies that run the drive thru are very... nice and keep the line moving. Although I don't eat their fast food, this Wendy's is The popular burger place of the 3 on thatend of town. Read more
Terrible service. Purchased the $5 biggie bag. Added chili cheese fries to the order. They not only forgot my nuggets and sauce,... but a fork as well for the chili cheese fries. It wasn't super busy. Three cars ahead of me in the line. Shows a lack ofcoordination and teamwork. Had to ask for my receipt multiple times. Whomever was working the window that night has zero peopleskills. Completely ignored me when I asked her for the receipt. I shouldn't have to ask for my receipt. It's supposed to beautomatically given at the end of the transaction. Shouldn't have to ask for food they forgot either. Last time I stop at thislocation. Read more
We were craving a quick bite at midnight after leaving the casino and this Wendy's was our only option. It was pretty busy... considering it was late but given it was the only place open that was to be expected. The food was fine BUT like others havesaid about late night, the service was horrible. The woman working the window was very rude to us after they had made an error.They forgot to put our order in and they accidentally charged us the wrong amount. She tried to say that we skipped the speakeruntil another worker said they had taken our order and it cut out when they were confirming. I realize it's late but you optedto work a late shift near the casinos knowing people will be out late...the amount of animosity toward your paying customers wasunacceptable. Would not return and will make sure we eat elsewhere before everything closes on this strip of road. Read more
Food was good! But it looked like they were having staff difficulties even though they had s full kitchen of 6 people and it... wasn't super busy. The gal that waited on us knew very little English. We had a hard time understanding her and she had a hardtime understanding us. One of the other staff members came and helped. They were doing the drive through and pick up ordersmostly but they seemed to be having mix ups with two of the pick up orders. Customers were patient. It also seemed to take quitea while to get our order though we were there before others and the only ones sitting on site. One other problem was that theywere advertising their new strawberry frosty but they were out of strawberry and vanilla frostys. This could have to do withsupply chain issues. The one redeeming value was that food was tasty. The strawberry salad had fresh for strawberries. Thoughone other problem was, they forgot to give me the dressing and nuts for the salad. I was grateful they had salads because a lotof fast food places have dropped them. Read more
The service at this Wendy?s is absolutely deplorable. Little girl behind the order counter stood looking at me while on her... cellphone and was joking around with other workers while I waited for over 3 minutes.. pathetic. Then when she finally took myorder she had an attitude like I was bothering her?wow ! To top it off.. my food was cold and tasted sour like the meat wasbad. Do yourself a favor - STAY AWAY!!! I don't know what happened to this place--if it was a new manager, a franchise buyout, or what, but for the past month the... service has dipped significantly. The drive thru operator--a gentleman named Thomas--was disinterested and less than friendly tosay the least--which, whatever, I can't say I liked that kind of job during my college years either--but it becomes a concernwhen the order is wrong due to poor communication. Worse when items are missing. Now if that was all that went wrong, I may notjudge so harshly, but when I went to get the missing nuggets and my drink corrected, while I *did* get the nuggets, thecoffee...was rather cold, and bitter. A hot coffee, by the way. You all know the type. The kind that's slightly oily with aburnt aftertaste that could generously be described as lukewarm. Not that having dialog with any of the staff was easy, either.I understand it's busy, but there comes a point when one stops being in a hurry, and starts being dismissive. It never used tobe this way. That's why it was a go to for the longest time. Unfortunately I can't really say that, anymore. I'm going to haveto look into alternatives because it's plain to me that there's a problem with the way the shifts are being run, and the localstaff seem to have no desire to fix it.
