We ordered a large pepperoni pizza sausage. Disappointing to see little or no sausage and cut it up as little as possible so.... The customer service rep said it?s because of Covid they?ve cut back and prices are higher on supplies. Yet they charge moremoney for the same pizza. Restaurants have gone up 20% pre-covid in sales. Either keep the price the same and lesson theingredients. Or when you raise the prices, keep the ingredients noticeably. Your patrons noticed. Great grinders Usually very good. Recently , I had ordered several grinders. I am a returning customer. I ordered a large... eggplant grinder, but received a small. I told them about it the next time I went in. They wouldn't rectify the problem for mebecause I couldn't give them the exact time I had gotten the grinder. I also had forgotten to have my grinder card stamped.Again, they wouldn't take my word for it. Very disappointed. The eggplant also wasn't cooked thoroughly. Read more

We stopped by on a whim not knowing what to expect. I'm really fussy about getting chicken grinders and I thoroughly enjoyed... mine with lettuce, pickles and mayo. I got tomatoes (which I didn't want), but ate anyway and actually enjoyed. There was aslight taste of pepper, which I also didn't mind. My husband got a shaved steak sandwich and I swear I heard him say...mmmmm. Definitely want to try them out again...hard to find a place that makes great grinders Read more
5 stars just for the grinders! (Only thing I've tried) some may say I'm particular with my grinder but I like a ham grinder with... light meat (sometimes cooked light meat) lettus, tomato, provolone, mayo and mustard salt pepper. Not toasted. You wouldn'tbelieve how hard it is for people to get all the steps.. most commonly they ignore the light meat part and forget the salt andpepper. This place gets it right everytime! The meat is thin sliced and the lettus is shredded ???????? I live in old lyme anddrive all the way to vocs for a good grinder. Of course I always tip cause they get right! Worth the trip. I love this place and was extremely disappointed..not only was half my grinder stale. When i asked if the bread was supposed to... be that hard the curly hair lady said yes it's Italian bread. No kidding I have been eating there for many years and for thelast 3 days. Instead of continuing the conversation i had my food wrapped so I could give it to my friend for her dog. And asfor the front desk staff the worse with the way they treat the customers especially the older lady with the curly hair. Not surewhat her definition of customer service is but she could use a refresher course.. Read more
