My friend and I decided to visit this establishment for the first time today. We arrived and when we approached the counter, we... weren?t even glanced at and we were left ignored for about five minutes. When they finally addressed us, they were goofingaround with each other and talking about clock-in times. My friend decided to wait in the car, and I proceeded to wait for overtwenty five minutes for this very basic order. After being handed the order, they didn?t even acknowledge the wait or give eventhe slightest apology. After all of that, they still got our order wrong. The employees are so unprofessional, yelling, the manager on duty was chewing his food as he walked to the front to see what was... going on. And then without without washing hands, he proceeded to get an order and put it into a bag. The employees are alwaysspeaking Spanish in front of non Spanish speaking customers, and I know what they are saying. They are using inappropriatelanguage, talking about the customers in a negative light, talked and gossiped with eachother while customers waited to begreeted. They rarely acknowledge a new customer walking in, and every time I pick up for Door Dash, the order is too long, wrongor cold. The order online feature is not directly connected to the restaurant. Meaning just because you order it doesn't mean the items... will be available when you drive there to pick the order up. Secondly, this store is out of Chicken by dinner time EVERY day! So you make an order online, go to the restaurant to pick it up only to find they don't have what you ordered in stock and theyare "out of chicken" meaning they would have to defrost more and cook it and they say that takes about 2hrs. The owner of thisstore is being done an enormous disservice by the staff. That is if the owner knows, or actually cares. How hard is it to lookat past sales to determine roughly how much product they need to make available. This happens nearly every time I order fromthem. They say we shouldn't order online, we should call them. That doesn't help the fact that they are always out of chickenby 5pm. Sad state of affairs. Read more
They simply do not speak or understand English at this restaurant. I got halfway through the order at the drive though and I was... told in a heavy accent of some sort "that's all, pull up". I got the food that was paid for, half of what I actually wanted,which was wrong anyway. Never ever going back. Read more

I just wish you didn't always have to ask for extra sauce. Popeyes limits the amount of sauce you get, and it's like they... haven't sat down and eaten the food with the dipping sauce...it's not enough. They need to add another 20% dipping saucecontainers and they would be good. Read more
