Ordered Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Plain Bagel with Butter. Got to work to realize they had Given me a Plain Bagel With Butter.... No Bacon Egg and Cheese on it. Super rude and disrespectful. I know that they don't really care I'm writing this review I just don't understand why people have... ZERO customer service skills when working with the public. They were cussing extrememly loud in front of my 6 year old. It wasso dirty and they were telling me that something was discontinued, which is what it is but I was able to order the so calleddiscontinued item online an hour later. Extremely slow service. Person taking our order was argumentative. No bacon or sausage for wraps. No chocolate frosted donuts.... We had to repeat ourselves several times. Made us feel we were putting them out to be at the drive-in window. Bad choice to stopthere. Read more
