Many times the order is made wrong and they are out of sugar..also sugar is weak...Greenville in Norwich CT.

Again, I go there for a medium iced coffee and they don't have medium cups. They told me they aren't allowed to sell me a medium... and put it in a large cup. I walked out with no coffee, they lost a sale. This happens about once a month. Poor management,lack of inventory. The guy who bought this location a couple of years ago is letting it go down hill. It was clean that's why I rated 2 stars. They didn't have anything. No cups except small. Didn't know if they had the swirl... shots, didn't have any meat for sandwiches.( I got the low down on what they did not have) They should have planned betterbefore opening. Read more
First time stopping at this D&D and had an awesome employee take my order. Who ever made my HC ..it has been the best one by far... from any D&D in the past. Food was well made along with the coffee I ordered. Will definitely be stopping back in. Read more
I go through the drive through, sometimes several times a day for my coffee fix and can't have sugar so sweetener it is. I... believe that laziness is a problem especially on weekends because my coffee usually doesn't have any in it. I feel that they areso rushed that they don't want to take the time to open up the packages but I expect to get what I ordered and payed for. Read more
