Some staff is friendlier than others. Other than that, food is what is expected from this establishment. Condiments are... frequently missing from orders, couple times had it delivered missing items. Read more

In mood for chicken sandwich. First went through drive through. Wanted honey mustard. Also grilled. So he says we don't... have honey mustard but what do you want to drink. I wanted to leave..I like it with that in sandwich. Then decide to just getit. I said I would try sweet and sour. I get the sandwich. Fried. No sauce. Go back around the line. First time thoughyoung kid on phone. Never said thanks. Nothing polite or welcoming. So I was worried to get a grilled sandwich if Icomplained. So I went back around. I said can I please return this. He said they don't have grilled anymore. So wouldn'tyou tell me?? So not polite. Didn't get what asked for. No sauce. Kid on phone... then he kept closing window on me when Iwas asking something. Manager was fine but didn't even apologize that everything was wrong. Then manager just it was neveractually rung up. Was still on screen. I had already given card twice. Just called and spoke to manager and he was useless. Don't eat there or order through their mobile app because if your food goes... missing they tell you you have to call DoorDash and they can't do nothing and that it's not their fault Read more

We were there in the evening, looking to see if they had salads. Outside the restaurant there were 4 young employees hanging... around. As were went in, the manager ended up locking the doors saying that we were their last customers that could eat inside.We asked if it was closing time but he said, "no, I have to lock up because all my night staff except one decided they didn'twant to work tonight and walked out." ( These were the young people hanging out outside). Because there would be only two ofthem to work, they could only do drive through. We ended up not staying because they don't serve salads anyway. We felt bad forthe manager and had no idea what precipitated the event. The young people outside didn't seem upset in any way, they were justhaving a great time chatting out front. Very sad to see for a major business. Read more
