In mood for chicken sandwich. First went through drive through. Wanted honey mustard. Also grilled. So he says we don't... have honey mustard but what do you want to drink. I wanted to leave..I like it with that in sandwich. Then decide to just getit. I said I would try sweet and sour. I get the sandwich. Fried. No sauce. Go back around the line. First time thoughyoung kid on phone. Never said thanks. Nothing polite or welcoming. So I was worried to get a grilled sandwich if Icomplained. So I went back around. I said can I please return this. He said they don't have grilled anymore. So wouldn'tyou tell me?? So not polite. Didn't get what asked for. No sauce. Kid on phone... then he kept closing window on me when Iwas asking something. Manager was fine but didn't even apologize that everything was wrong. Then manager just it was neveractually rung up. Was still on screen. I had already given card twice.
