Well I am an owner at The Spa. Food very good. Service not so much. 1. Ask 3 times for a menu. 2. Ask 4 times for a leftover... box. 3. Dessert delivered before dinner plates were cleared. 4. Asked for check - it has been more than 20-minutes. But thesteel drum music was nice. Read more

It's a cozy place in Norwich Inn lobby with a broad selection of wines and spirits. The menu features an interesting variety of... offerings with mixed ratings, although the desserts are not house made. The ambiance is not loud and it's a good place forconversation. FULL DISCLOSURE : I WORK AT THIS PROPERTY I loved being in the pub in my robe, with a dear friend, and getting a strawberry mule... made most excellently by Stacie P! Stacie made us feel welcome, explained the menu options, and answered all of our questionswith ease. Showing sensitivity for my friend's allergy concerns, Stacie mentioned that what my friend wanted to order would puther at risk for cross-contamination with seafood. That information was great! The open-faced steak sandwich special was amazing,and the sweet potato fries are the best. Her grilled cheese with chorizo was perfect, too. I love lunch at Ascot's! It's a realtreat! Read more
Loved lunch here today. Super Chill and after a day or even a service at the spa this is a nice place to stop at after. Totally... enjoy our lunch. Great service. Even tweaked my meal because of allergies,no problems. Would recommend this place for lunch,real busy and loud at night for dinner. When we went for dinner very roudy crowd. Hey if you like that then go for dinner,Ipersonally like to talk to who I'm with. But still like this place. Went for dinner. What I love about this place is for dinneryou can get both menus. I ate off dinner menu n my boyfriend picked off all day menu. Best of both worlds.Great atmosphere. Somuch more quieter than the first time we went. Had a omg tasty tasty meal. The chicken was so tender and juicy. It might be thebest chicken I've ever eaten. Totally worth it. The steak was super tender and the fries are perfectly cooked.
