Like others have mentioned in their reviews, we tried to order online three different times on two different computers and got... the same error message saying our billing address was wrong. We finally called and ordered for pick up with no problem. Weordered the double pepperoni and all meat pizza. Both were good but the double pepperoni was very very greasy. I would orderagain but they really need to get their online ordering figured out. I imagine you are losing a lot of business by this bug inyour system. Read more

Bad experience. Love northern lights but this store overcharged my by $6 for my pizza. " We are a new franchise only open since... February and we don't know anything about the carryout special". Also too three times longer. Urbandale and valley junction say20 minutes and it is ready in 10. Here, when I got there they hadn't even put my pizza in oven yet and didn't look too busy.What a bunch of amateurs. Going back to urbandale store. Read more

Pizza is consistently under done. Even after requesting a well done pizza and informing them of previous problems. Thought we... would give them another try tonight to save a trip to the South Side. Ordered online and chose the well done option. I alsocalled the store to tell them to please cook the pizza and expressed past problems. This is literally the third time ive triedto extensively avoid getting a trash pizza. Wife brought home pizzas and were barley cooked. We love Northern Lights , and wasexcited to see them come to Norwalk. But, after at least a half a dozen attempts I give up. Will go to the southside locationwhere I have been going since they opened. Read more

This place is a joke. 2nd time now I?ve tried to submit an online order and my payment is denied because it says my billing... address entered is incorrect. However, the payment still processes through my bank account and I?m told I have to wait 3-5business days to get my money back. The manager told me it was because the system was overwhelmed and there was nothing theycould do. Read more

Very professional and courteous staff. This Northern Lights Store has gotten better in the last 3 or so months, from previous... opening months. This will forever be my go to pizza and I?m so happy they?re in my town, AND they deliver! Can?t forget howTASTY their Famous Tasty Crust is! ???? Read more

Pizza is good, service is great. Left a note with tip on the door that I had a sleeping baby and please don't knock or ring... doorbell with phone number if they had questions. They text me to let me know it was left at the door. That goes a long wayswith a hungry mama who needs a few minutes of peace. :) Read more

Update: we were finally able to order last night, pizza was great. Glad they have their online ordering and phone system worked... out. We have never been able to order at this location. Disappointed that the phone is purposely shut off or online ordering isshut down. It?s possible the food is good, guess we?ll never know. Read more
