Extremely slow service. Usually at least a 15min wait just to order if you're in the drive thru. I don't understand why... management constantly leaves the poor employees alone when this is a clearly busy location. Employees here aren't thefriendliest either but to be honest, I probably wouldn't either if I worker at this DD. They seem understaffed and overworked.Management needs to schedule better so there isn't such long wait time to order. Read more
This is my local Dunkin donuts and is my favorite one to get coffee. They also have a Baskin Robbins inside and my favorite... thing to get is a mint chocolate chip milkshake. Soo good. Overall though, it's a nice Dunkin donuts and the staff is generallyfriendly. Would recommend this place to anyone. Five out of five stars. Read more
Ordered through the app and went for the drive thru. They didn't have the drink I ordered available anymore, so they made... something else while waiting at the window. After handing me my drink and closing the window, I had to ask for the rest of myfood/donut order, they didn't seem to have my order displayed in there? Bad service ..very slow and can?t get the order right for just a latte. Ordered a low-fat latte took almost 24 minutes. Had to... keep asking where is it. Then they gave me a latte with a sweetener . Told them I didnt order it with a sweetener. Again hadto keep repeating what I order. So What did they do put the same coffee with sweetener in a unlabeled different cup and handedit to me. I brought it home and gave it to my spouse. You said why is there sweetener in my latte. Poor Service manager wasno help! Read more
