The parking lot sometimes requires a PhD to navigate, but the drive through team is awesome!
I love dunkin but they really should drop their prices...get back the customers who spend their coins at the competition. Make... combo deals again with coffee and donuts and bagels. Drop donuts to $1 or at least glazed and chocolate and powder..the simpleones... idk how their quarterly stats are but if you're reading tell the suits if they want to get ahead in the race this is howyou do it. Walked in and nobody?s at the front counter but there?s two people working drive thru for one car. Waited about 3 minutes before... anyone acknowledged me. Ordered a strawberry coolatta and an iced coffee. I don?t know what they concocted for the strawberrycoolatta but it was definitely wasn?t a coolatta. It was disgusting ! And the iced coffee tasted gross. Watered down with milk.Both were disgusting and wouldn?t recommend this location ! Workers probably need more training on how to make the drinkscorrectly ! Today I ordered a Turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant toasted. I placed the order on the app for pick up in drive thru.... Service was good, I received my food quockly. The croissant was a little burnt but also soggy a very weird experience. EveryDunkin I've been to has been different when it comes to food. The best one for fresh hot food quickly was in Westport; it waswalk in only. Read more
