Great Italian restaurant in old Bank. Chicken Parm was stuffed w meat. Enough for 2.

Was a long time customer until today. Looks like it?s under new management. None of the familiar faces around. Took 15 minutes... to get coffee and chocolate milk when we placed our drinks and order all at the same time. Coffee came first after 10 minutes ofour order then waited another 10 minutes for chocolate milk. We ordered a simple tuna sandwich on white toast and a grilledcheese. We never had an issue with our orders before. A couple came in 15 minutes after us and they got served their hot mealswhile we were still waiting over 1/2 hour for our tuna sandwich and simple grilled cheese. Waitresses were too busy behind thecounter on their iphones swiping up and down and not attentive to their customers. Let me add that there was a maximum of 10customers at the restaurant. We kept eyeing the waitresses behind the counter thinking they would catch on to why we haven?tbeen served but they were too busy on their phones. Once she served the couple who had arrived 15 minutes after us and thenproceeded to go to the booth next to ours to ask if they needed it anything without acknowledging that we?ve been waiting forour order for over 1/2 hour later I asked her how much longer for our sandwiches, and she shrugged her shoulders and said Shedoesn?t know what?s taking them so long. I got up with the elder lady I care for and went to the counter and told them cancel myorder and I?ll pay for the coffee and chocolate milk. They had the nerves to ask me after over 45 minutes if we?d like to takeour order home. I said NO. Paid over $6 for the drinks and left. You?d think they would have at least gave us the coffee andchocolate milk on the house for their lack of customer service. Diamond Deli, you?ve lost two very long time customers. Order catering for a recent backyard wedding. The delivery driver Willie was sweet, kind and efficient. Mikaela was very... thorough, knowledgeable, and helped make sure our order was exactly what we needed. Also she recommended the dinner rolls...ifyou don't try one you are missing out. Best Italian food in the neighborhood. Great service... parking in the back ... many food choices... all good and fresh. ... Plastic wall separating the tables. Salad, bread and entrees were delicious. Chicken wings were very tasty with deliciouschipotle bbq sauce. Read more

While I cannot speak to the rest of the food (the menu is huge), the Kostas salad is scrumptious! A fair amount of chicken... cutlet (could be a little more) and a uniquely delicious dressing! The rib eye with home fries and eggs is great. Must try for meat lovers out there. Perfect taste, not too much salt which made... it one of the best breakfast I have eaten.
