Not once but three times it took for me to actually write this. . The manager "Ashley" is very rude and lazy. I dont understand... how it is an issue for her cook dumplings. Using the same line. We only have 5left.she needs to do her job. I was told byanother employee(sweetheart) to order it online because they cant turn down that order. So my order was for pick up and I dontmind waiting. But I was sitting there and she had the nerve to ask if im waiting for an order . i said yes.for. Pick up. Shesaid sorry we dont have any orders for pick up. So i wanted to show her the confirmation order on my phone so we can figure outif It was wrong. But she didnt bother coming to see it. DO NOT EAT HERE. I only got food here because I was staying at a nearby hotel and had no other options. Absolutely terrible. ... Rice was not fresh. Was hard and dry and was either poorly warmed up from being refrigerated or was sitting out at ambient tempfor hours. "Kimchi"...I have no words. Avoid it at all costs. It's not kimchi. Even as an abstract interpretation, youcouldn't even call it that. It was Edamame and cucumbers in sweet chili sauce. The side salad I got was made at least a dayago. Cucumbers were slimy, tasted awful, the lettuce was rotten on the bottom of the bowl. This place does not deserve the onestar I had no choice but to give it. Utter waste of money. Read more
I eat here all the time when in the area and never had a serious complaint or issue but the other day I ordered a beef plate... with avocado and white rice, but what I received was brown rice, no avocado as well as a not so "fresh" orange and no dressingon the salad. When called they said they would credit me a bowl (not a plate) the next time I came in which I was fine with butwhen I came in they said we can't give you a bowl but we can give you some avocado, like why would I drive back up for avocado?The cook seemed as if he didn't care as I explained and personally I don't get confrontational with the ones handling my food asit would give me a uncomfortable feeling after receiving it. Last year it was messing, dirty and smoky. Now look clean and the kitchen too. Now look lot better for know.
At this point it?s probably my fault for not checking to make sure they got my order right. Today, once again, I paid extra for... avocado and once again they didn?t add it. It?s waba grill. The food tastes like waba grill. The service at this particularlocation is lacking. Read more
On July 6th at 6:08 p.m. ordered Bowl and added avocado; it had black Parts on it I took a picture I sure did the person when I... place another order today to please do not put up a, that's black. She told the other girl with a ponytail and curly hair andshe made a face sarcastically and I'll hurt her tell the cook not going to eat black avocado. So the girl that was preparing thefood I showed her the photographs on my phone and she said to my surprise: " there's nothing I can do that's how we sell it". Idid not appreciate that answer and I spoke with the cook and he had the right attitude indicating that the girl was in error ofher attitude and he was sorry that we got the black avocado on the last order. People shouldn't get fired they should getretrained; but more importantly, people that get hired need to have the right attitude and food service it's not an easyjob--- dealingwith people.
