I have gone to this taco bell on numerous occasions at or around 10pm. The signs say they close at 11:30pm. NO ONE EVER RESPONDS... AT THE DRIVE THRU. You can see them in the restaurant but do not acknowledge anyone who arrives. If you are not going to beopen at that time change your hours of operation, or if your employees continue to refuse serves, get new employees. I get outof work at 930pm. There are not many food options getting later at night. If the listed hours of operation are set please stickto them. Read more
i visited around 6pm in the drive thru and was happy that it was completely empty. i took a glance to check the price on some... items and decided to settle on a burrito from the dollar menu. i ended up ordering two with a drinks and the food was preparedvery quickly. i hope to return to this location for some more to go orders as it was a good experience overall. I just came from here. I ordered a #5 which was nachos with a supreme taco and a Dr. pepper. I asked if the taco could only be... cheese, no meat, no lettuce, no tomato. I also ordered 3 reg. tacos. I checked the order on the screen and it was correct. To mysurprise I get home and see no cheese taco. One had just meat, the second had meat and lettuce, and the other two were reg.tacos. Very bad experience I really like the steak gorditas but this time I went and they looked like birria not steak they were... super wet the meat seemed to be in juice not asada and very salty I had to throw them away and the soda like water with soda Ido not recommend them Read more

Okay so I placed an online order here for me and my manager. We working 13-16 hour shifts and it?s just a bad day. We get our... food and it?s worst. Half the order was wrong they did substitutes without informing us and half the order was stale! My nachosfries were half cooked and cold. I got the new chulopa and it didn?t even have what I ordered inside it barely had meat atall. I called in spoke to 3 different managers explained to them what happened the first one said oh there is nothing we can docall corporate and hung up in my face. The other said oh ok I?ll remake it when you come pick it up. The last one said ok I?llput you name down and refund you for the items that were bad. I went up there 3 times each time no manager was available or hadjust left. I never got a refund they never remade the order. Read more
Food tasted great! The service I gave 3 stars because I asked for no lettuce, it was written on the receipt but since I went... drive thru because I didn't want to get out I didn't go argue with them. Those tacos were for my son. In the end I ended uphaving to get out anyway for taco sauce which the person taking my order asked how many I wanted and still didn't put any in thebag ???? When I went inside it was easily accessible and so we're napkins which I also didn't get although I think now you haveto ask for napkins to get them. Inside the restaurant seemed dirty.
