This place has no respect for online orders. I was kept waiting 20 minutes beyond the promised time to get my sandwiches.

Don't ask for a chopped salad. The only chopped thing you'll get is the chopped lettuce ;) funny. I didn't complain because they... are kids but someone should have trained them. Told them about a bowl they have to use to chopp but didn't know anything aboutit. I did got charged extra for supposedly being a chopped salad tho. Read more

Subway has definitely upped their salad game. Try the Black Forest Ham Bowl, it's great.

I ordered online and they didn?t bother to let me know they didn?t have some of the items I ordered until I got there. The guy... was rude when I asked for a refund and did not know how to issue one. They wanted me to come back another day. Read more

Today for the 1st time in 9 years coming to this subway i had a Horrible Customer Service experience with the new night shift... ("in charge") employee. My oldest son is a super picky eater so we always order a meatball sub with the meatballs on the side(we pretty much make a pizza with the marinara sauce from the meatballs and cheese) and we have never had any issues by doingthis Never !! Not even at other subways. This is the second time we get helped by this New night shift "in charge" employee andthe 1st time she gave us attitude just because we asked for the meatballs on the side but she did our sub as requested. Tonightshe refused to put the meatballs on the side because According to her she talked to the store manager Elsa and Elsa Told herthey cannot put the meatballs on the side. I asked for the subway corporate phone number and she refused to provide it to mewith attitude and she told me I have to find it online. I looked for this New night shift "in charge" employee name tag but ofcourse she was not wearing it so I asked for her name and she refused to provide it to me. She told me I have to come back andtalk to the store manager Else. I ended up driving to the next subway in my area to get my son his meatball sub with themeatballs on the side. I will call corporate subway and complain about this. Read more

We doing 2 stars .. this location is the first location that I see turning away customers because the employee couldn?t handle... an order or 6 sandwiches we ordered online. So we put in the order and the employee calls us back to tell us it was going by totake 40 minutes to do if we want we can cancel and get a refund !? So I couldn?t believe a business would call back to request acancellation! So we then tell her no it?s fine we?ll wait I don?t want to deal w a refund the employee told us she didn?t knowhow to do a refund.. so we get there 40 mins later and she was still doing the sandwiches we then went to wait another 10 minsshe turned away 2 customers .. if subway is going to have one employee by themselves they should at-least have a capable onethat won?t have a problem multi tasking.. I just can?t believe she asks us to canceled the order ? because she couldn?t handleit.. 6 sandwiches I mean it was 20 just saying.. Read more

I have a breakfast sandwich here every week and it's always a very pleasant experience. Food is good, employees are helpful.
