Terrible they charge for sauces. Not included with meals.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Pulled up to drive through and was told they have no chicken. I asked what the wait... would be. 25 minutes. Ok. Order our food and pull around to the front. After waiting 40 min I went inside, along with someone inthe car next to me who had been waiting longer. We stood inside, being ignored. I finally hollered, excuse me and someone camearound. They knew we had been waiting, asked the other person if they had received their drink, which they had not. Fixed thedrink, gave it to him and off he went. Looks at me and says we're waiting on your fries. I asked, your kidding right? I've beenwaiting 45 min for chicken and in all that time you didn't think to get the fries ready? When I finally left, 50 min after myorder was placed, they followed me to the door and locked it. It was 20 minutes before closing. I will never go to this KFCagain. Read more
Had thee worst experience ever at this KFC. Had to place my order 4 times with 3 different people the girl at the register was... obviously new cause she had to go ask for help after each item, and didn't speak English. I ordered 1 bucket family meal and avalue meal and a couple extra sides and they gave the wrong sides. Read more
This KFC seriously needs help. I know someone who would like to apply for position of manager because the place smells... absolutely terrible & you can see the fingerprints on the machines, doors, and counter tops. It's extremely disgusting. I don'tthink they hire qualified individuals from accredited universities here, people who actually care to make the business bettersince some low income families are forced to eat here for the craving, custom, & low cost. The chicken is way too oily, whichdoesn't remind you of the classic KFC chicken from the 90s. It's the future so it makes no sense for this classic restaurantchain to be in such bad shape.
