Just left Popeyes on Norton in Muskegon. I ordered a 3 piece chicken spicey combo, all white meat with red beans and rice. when... I got home I had 3 small chicken strips with some old red beans and rice and a cold biscuit. After working all day I was tootired to go back, so I tried to call. No answer. I will not go there again! First time having Popeyes in about 8 years and instead of going to Lee's as usual, I decided to give it a chance again and y'all... really didn't give me the biscuits I ordered... Giving a one star is the best review I can give this place. I wish you could give negative stars. Waited 45 minutes for my order... in the drive thru, just for everything to be completely wrong. Then the woman working argues with me saying I was wrong andswore at me. Also witnessed a group of employees dancing and throwing things at eachother. Nobody was wearing hair nets, glovesand one woman didn?t even have close toed shoes on. I watched a woman play with her hair and then continue to make a phone callall while making a sandwich WITH NO GLOVES ON. Poor service, poor food, and worthless staff. Read more
