We place pizza and chicken orders here several times a month. The food is always good but the customer service or lack of has... brought that to an end. I understand the work shortage has some employees stretched thin but the lady there is out of control!She is rude on the phone and she is rude at pick up. Then when you use a credit card to pay for your pick up order the systemasks for you to add a tip!! Why on earth would I want to tip an absolutely misserable human being who is rude!! It was our first time getting delivery from them, but the pizza was fantastic. Probably the best pizza around here we've had so... far since moving to the area.
