Pretty good, but 1) I ordered fries but there was no ketchup in the bag? Think ahead good your road weary drive thru guests. 2)... you should probably have a designated waiting area marked in the lane or lot so ppl know where to stop when waiting for theorder that is out of the way of traffic and ppl leaving the parking lot. Due to being "short staffed" the wait times are unreal. We pulled into the line of the drive thru eight minutes past six. We... didn't even move forward in the line for twenty minutes! It was one car at a time for ordering, taking payment, making the food,delivering the food and that car pulling out before they would take the next order. We spent 47 minutes in line from start togetting our food. I feel if places that are short staffed, they should put a sign up prior to getting in line, that every car isserved prior to taking the order of the next. The only sign they had up was about the ice cream maker not working and that signhas been there for over a year! The food was good. There was not only one person working to clarify, there were three. Wish I could give a zero rating. After being the only one waiting to order, and waiting for ten minutes with 4 kids, I asked if... they were even taking orders. Was told yes, eventually, they had two big orders come in. Basically with 4 people working, theycan't manage time properly. This place must lack on training and have terrible management. Don't go here if you are looking toget out in less time than going somewhere for a sit down meal...a very long sit down meal. And definitely don't go here if youare traveling and just passing through with hungry kids and many hours of travel behind you and many more hours of travel leftin your day. Read more
I pulled over on my way to Minneapolis to make sure I didn't forget to leave this comment. I regret not getting her name but the... lady who took my order and serviced me at the window deserves to be the face of this location. Never have I might someone withsuch a glowing spirit. I'm glad it was slow enough for me to chat with her for a few minutes because her positivity lit up thenight. The world needs a billion of her in this world. Thank you for the joy. Read more
12-11-2021 Stopped for gas and decided to have a quick Fast-Food meal. We haven?t been to Burger King in a few years. I had the... Junior Whopper Meal, my wife had a hamburger. I?ll tell you something, that food was delicious. Plenty hot and great Frenchfries. Some of the reviews are quite negative, but we really enjoyed our few minutes there. Plus my wife won $25.00 on a $.25cent pull tab. Life is good. Read more
Today's visit was to get my Veteran Husband his Free Whopper for Veterans Day. We had difficulty with the BK APP and we were... asked to pull forward to be helped. After several minutes of trying to figure the APP out, the wonderful crew at Burger Kinggave my Husband his free sandwich and Thanked him for his Service. Way to go Burger King! Read more
