If I could give this Hardee's zero stars I would. We stopped here on the way back from a baseball tournament at 8:15 on a... Saturday night. We were the only car in the drive-thru and there was nobody in the dining room. We ordered combo meals for fourpeople. We paid and were asked to pull up from the window. Our food didn't come out until 17 minutes later. Normally I'munderstanding about these things, but given how not busy it was and then how incredibly rude the employee was who brought outour food I am not as forgiving. When you keep people waiting that long you should at least offer some sort of an apology, asopposed to treating us like it was our fault. Additionally, you would think the wait would be because they were cooking food forus, but all of our sandwiches and fries were lukewarm best. I will never visit this Hardee's again. Read more

3.5 Stars (Definitely not a bad experience but not 4 stars) Service was good but restaurant needs some cleaning up. The soft... drink station was missing lids for xl plastic cups which in definitely an inconvenience when traveling. Also dining room coulduse more attention. BBQ grilled chicken sandwich was very good. The chicken strips were just ok . The breading in the brandsthey use are not very crispy and tend to retain oil from the fryer. Fries were fine. Every time I go thru the drive thru, I wait about 10 to 20 mins just to get to the window and it's just usually one car infront... of me. So today not 9nly the same thing happened to me as usual but I had to wait another 10 mins for my food. When I finallygot my food. It was the wrong order. I was so Invigorated that I threw the burger out onto the parking lot. I have never donethat before but I got so aggravated with their Lousy employees that I reacted in that matter. Also the younger cashier was shortwith me. I also had another experience where I was waiting on my food at the for 30 mins waiting on my food. I looked inside andeverybody was just standing around and talking, I even made eye contact with one of the employees and he ignored me. This placeneeds better management Read more
Normally, Hardee's is our go-to place for a fast food burger. My husband and I both got a Star with cheese. The burgers were so... overcooked they were crunchy, and there were barely any condiments on them so they were very dry. We both agreed it was theworst experience we'd ever had at Hardee's. Read more
Just went through the drive through on the way home. When I got home we sat down to eat. This is what the mushroom Swiss burger... looked like. Maybe half of a hamburger patty! I'm not pleased. Read more
The new 2.99 Bacon Double burger is very small. Nothing like the photo. Wouldn't buy another one.
