COMPLETELY remodeled Starbucks with a brand new drive thru!!! ????????????I've stopped in here for years, and happened to be... gone for a bit, returned, and was ???? with all the amazing updates to a longstanding beloved Starbucks. The staff had awesomeenergy and amazing service, the crowd seems different as well -- relaxed, chill, groups and solos, it was a nice mix. OK, so I don?t really know what happened to this place, but since it?s renovation, it?s most definitely the worst Starbucks I?ve... been to. I went in there the other day to do some work, and I find out that there?s no Internet. The woman behind the countertold me that she has heard from other customers that in certain areas within the building sometimes people can get a connection.So I annoyingly move my stuff to a different spot to see if there?s a better connection there and nope there?s nothing. It?svery frustrating to unpack all your things and then then find out there is no Internet. Definitely something they should 100% befiguring out and not just letting go. Also, I went there last night to surprise my husband with hot chocolate and the hotchocolate is the worst hot chocolate I?ve ever had from a coffee shop, chalky and watery. I ordered one for myself and it wasthe same. I literally wanted to call and ask for my money back and I was going to, but I call and the line is busy every singletime. It just sounds like it?s disconnected so you can?t even reach out to them. I wanted to talk to them before I left thisreview, but seeing how I can?t, it is what it is. I come to this location almost once a wk. 11.11.22 visit- The man handling the Mobil orders was doing his best and seemed like... he may have had a disability, he explained they were short staffed because of call in's. Numerous customers were very rude andhis co-workers would not help him, instead were giving him a hard time. The window guy and the register girl had small breaks oftime and could have helped! As for the customers u have the choice to be refunded and LEAVE! It was truly a gross to see peoplebe so disgusting for over priced coffee. Read more

I?ve been stopping by this Starbucks at different times and on different days, and I have had a great experience every single... time! I?ve had an easy time both ordering ahead and ordering in person, my drinks have always been made correctly (even with anychanges I?ve made), in a timely manner, and the baristas have always been friendly and helpful no matter how busy or the time ofday! I got a iced green tea, normally wouldn?t be a problem anywhere very simple order. I watched the barista make the drink, filling... up the green tea from the tea jugs but the green tea was running out so I watched him fill the cup halfway with water from thetap? so the iced tea was so watered down I had to throw it away. It tasted like dirty water. I don?t think I?ve ever given a onestar review before but I don?t recommend this location. Read more

This Starbucks is pretty big and very crowded in the morning and afternoon. Place was kept very clean. My barista took my oder... and got right to work making it very busy but still got food and drinks out fast. The staff is friendly and happy to help. Otherthan there might be a wait when you walk in very good service and you already know it?s Starbucks so you will be spending some$$. Read more
