Reviews for Lucy & the Wolf in Northville, MI
If I could give this 10 starts I would. It was girls night and we pretty much ordered everything on the menu. The food was... delicious and the service was even better. If I could pick a few things I could live without is the Meatloaf and the pumpkinbutter that comes with the ???? otherwise everything was really good. The biscuits are beyond words. Highly recommend! Lucy and the Wolf is a cool venue. Their menu is limited yet has some interesting and well thought out offerings that don't... disappoint. The staff is friendly and upbeat. I had few apps and a drink while waiting for a friend to arrive. The cocktailswere crafted to perfection. I would definitely come again to have dinner, apps, or a few cocktails. Read more
The food was actually kind of gross. McDonald’s tastes better. Between my friend and I we had the charcuterie board, lemon... flat bread and elote salad. The char board was not good.. the green beans on it and some of the meat just didn’t makesense. For the price it’s shocking how bad it was. The outdoor area is cute. They have a good selection of drinks. I would notgo back for food Read more
Okay so we stopped in here to have dinner and the place was great. Definitely small plates and this happened to be the place we... got in for this Saturday night. I wouldn't say the food was spectacular but it was definitely good and our waiter Anthony madeup for any negative impact the food would have made on this review. He was definitely upbeat and made the experiencepleasurable. I think we will probably come back but it won't be in the near future. If I had a recommendation it may be toexpand the menu. Read more
Great food; great atmosphere. I went here for the first time after a google search of restaurants in the area. I am so happy to... have found this gem. The food is amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. We tried three different plates and that wasenough for the two of us. For the quality of the food, and the portions, the pricing was fair. The Lomo Pork is - hands down -one of the best thing I have ever had in my life. Update 04/2022: While the menu changes, the food is consistently great. Sois the service. The cocktails are always fun and unique. I've been coming here for years and it's still my favorite place inthe area, hands-down. Read more
The drinks here are tasty and fairly priced. When it comes to the food, the quality, quantity and value doesn’t necessarily... align with the price you pay. Our server was excellent and attentive. Read more
I had been living in Farmington for around two years but never found this amazing place. We luckily got a table with window view... inside. We were amazed by their food for each of plates. The chef really did an awesome job on matching different materials anda good test at selecting food. Their stove is very powerful which allow them to serve dishes in a perfect condition that is notother kitchens can compete. Strongly recommended! And my partner even questioned me why I couldn’t find this earlier when Istill lived here. Read more
Based solely on lack of any sensible customer service. Attempted to have dinner for only 2 on a Friday evening. Seemed... everywhere was overrun and understaffed. So we were patient and put our name in with a quote of 30 minute wait. 45 min laterchecked back in and lady said sorry, still backed up. We asked how much longer, she didn’t know. We asked if there were a lotof people ahead of us, she said yes. She said just keep checking back every so often. Checked back again another 60 mins or solater, and she said sorry, we are done. Asked what that meant because we have been waiting nearly two hours to eat dinner. Shesaid sorry, we can’t take anymore tonight. Reminded her we had been waiting all evening to eat. She said sorryagain. Couldn’t believe that was the response as if acceptable. Especially after being empathetic that the town was overrunand nobody to work. 1.5 hour wait in Miami isn’t terrible so wasn’t concerned. But you can’t just say “sorry, you’reout of luck tonight for dinner”. As mentioned, everywhere was overrun and most would not take any further walk-in’s so wehad to leave town and try to get fast food. Which was equally disappointing and difficult to find fast food. Ended up eatingTaco Bell at 10:45pm after putting our name in at Lucy’s at 6:15pm. Read more
