Waited almost 15mins at the drive thru (inside was closed with a note that said Drive Thru Only) and when I got to the speaker... to order, I was informed the credit card machine was down and they were taking cash only. !NOT REALLY A FIVE STAR, ONLY 2 STARS BARELY! I only gave it 5 so this would be seen. The two stars are only because the people... are at least polite that ive interacted with and the food has no issues. The problem is delivery. I work 5 minutes down the roadand the average time for delivery is around 40 minutes. I order at 11:15 and my lunch is at 11:30 and i didnt even receive itbefore my lunch was over today. Normally i get it with a few minutes left and i have to hurry and eat my food but i at least getit so ive never complained, but today was ridiculous. They always say they are under staffed and thats the cause of the delaybut it seems pretty regular and on different days of the week. I dont really blame the drivers but when you get out of your carand it reeks like weed i feel it might be a factor. I called and i finally got an offer for a free sub that couldnt be used fordeliver but it seemed as though the manager didnt know what to do to make this up. Wont be eating there anymore and wishcustomer service was more of the culture there but it doesnt seem that way. Wouldnt suggest delivery. Read more
The staff here recognizes my order every time as soon as I start ordering and they have no idea how much I appreciate them. This... particular establishment is wonderful and I love every single person who works there. They have contributed to the stabilizationof my mental state countless times and not to be dramatic but I would frankly die for them. Read more
The employees are a delight and I simply couldn't have enjoyed a giant pickle more. The triple chunk chocolate chip cookies I... highly recommend. One of my favorite places to eat subs. I always get a number 9 with no tomato and a side of the new kicking Ranch. It's so good.... I've also had them deliver and they are always very nice and on time. Read more
WAS NOT FREAKY FAST!! Two rude female employees no one there pretend we didn't walk in then acted like we were a bother then... very snooty and matter of fact when they took are order then to top it off didn't say anything when are food was ready honestlyif you don't like your job change it no need to be nasty!! I usually only get the totally tuna sub, but it is the best tuna sub I've ever had! The bread is good, the vegetables on the... sub are fresh. I usually will pick up one on my way to work (now mostly during lent). Keep up the good work! Read more
