I have had great experiences previously with this chain's other locations. Service and food have declined and costs have... skyrocketed. Any time 3 small cheeseburgers and shakes (no fries) is $60, I expect absolute perfection. What I got was coldburgers (cheese not even melted) and melted shakes. The taste of excessive onions on one burger lingered even after removingthem. Very disappointing. Read more
