I used to live in this area a couple years ago and this Wendy?s used to be so good. I stopped by in the area to grab food. Asked... for extra lettuce on a burger and got 1 leaf, I guess that was to much to ask for. The salads were wilted. Got to sodas thatwere room temperature with 3 pieces of ice floating at the top. This was sad considering it was 105 degrees out and warm sodaswere horrible to drink. I threw them out. Overall food was poor quality and the ladies at the window were not friendly at all.They basically jolted the food at me and then shut the window. Sad that this place went so downhill. Generally, they are ok but it takes too long to order during lunch and except value menus, it's not worth it. Baconator I got... was smaller than double stack and bacon inside was same as Jr. Bacon cheese burger. Wasted $8. Disappointed. Read more
Disappointed. I had tried the bacon biscuit for the first time at the Palmdale location 39580 Lowes Dr, Palmdale, CA 93551. The... Devonshire location biscuits were chewy and a bit hard as though the dough didn't rise and they were over-baked leaving themhard. Sausage biscuit was a mess. Bacon biscuit neatly placed. Eggs overdone. Definitely will not be returning here. I thinkthe Devonshire, Northridge location could learn a thing or two from the Palmdale location as theirs are fluffy, buttery andbaked to perfection inasmuch that the muffin melts in your mouth as they should. Went to this Wendy?s branch last Sunday (9/12/21) around 11:30am. Food is like any other Wendy?s branch that I?ve been to (as it... should be). Place is decent - floors swept and mopped. Tables are also clean, probably because not a lot of people were diningin (or if it?s even okay to dine in). One thing I?d like to point out is that the staff who was taking the order was not sofriendly. She was either not paying attention or was very good in making herself look like she wasn?t. I wish I took a video ofher making faces / rolling her eyes when a person in front of me was requesting for something to be removed / added on hissandwich - not cool and not very professional. Even if this person is having a bad day, it should not be an excuse to act rudelyto customers. Read more
I can't even recall when was the last time I came to a Wendy's but today was the day since I had a reward for their Spicy... Chicken Sandwich. I tried to do a mobile order for pickup but it kept erroring out so I decided to just go inside and order. Isaw that they had 3 spots for curbside pickup and they only had 1 car there. When I went inside, I was the only one there andsaw dine in is still closed. The lady working the cashier was very helpful when I told her I was using my reward for their SpicyChicken Sandwich and by the time she scanned the QR code, my sandwich was already out. I was very impressed with the speed ofthis and their chicken sandwich is alright. They didn't give any sauce but I have ketchup and ranch at my house so it wasn't anissue for me. Read more
