I haven't been to Rosie's for decades (moved away) but did take out recently and remembered why I used to like it. The food is... very tasty and well cooked. It is busy and somewhat of a wait, but definitely worth the wait and prices are reasonable. I mightprefer the old location on Tampa, but used to go to a gym in this center so it's familiar. Ordered the tri-tip salad. Meat was great, but the salad was nothing special. Service was very fast, even during busy hours!

I have been coming here for some time now, good food overall. The garlic dinner rolls are not complimentary anymore, we had to... pay on our last visit. The tri tip is soft and tender, the BBQ chicken was cooked perfectly, the meat fell off the bone. Theside dishes were okay, mash potatoes were a bit dry, even with the gravy IMO. The staff are friendly, but service lacked on ourlast visit. Now with covid you have to place your whole order as you walk in, at the registers and then it is brought out toyour table. There is no more get seated first and look through the menu. Waitress forgot to bring our kids drinks, and hadforgotten to bring my wife's salad bar plate till we asked a different staff member. She basically forgot about our table, untilwe were ready to leave she returned. Place does get a bit busy at times, and parking lot is small so parking gets difficult tofind during busy times. Update 9/12/22: Their menu seems to have gotten smaller and we were told they only have plated options,so choose two meats, a side and drink for about 20 plus dollars each plate. That seemed perfectly fine with me, but when I gotmy plate, it had 4 small pieces of brisket and it was literally mostly fat. I don't know why they changed their menu and stylefrom before, it used to be a great spot to dine at. Now, unfortunately that was the last time I will have visited this place, too expensive IMO for what you get. Read more

I ordered the California Burger and let me tell you; I could have not been more pleased with what I ate. Whoever was making... burgers on 7/7/2022 at around 1pm- Amazing work. The avocado, onions, lettuce, beef, and buns all tasted extremely fresh. Iordered my burger med. rare and loved every bite. Highly recommend this spot and I will most definitely come back again. The barbecue at this place is legit! I?m visiting from the Dallas area, and I can say without hesitation that the brisket at... Rosie?s is right up there with the best that you?d find in Texas. The pork belly burnt ends and pulled pork were alsoexceptional! Delicious sides, and don?t forget the fresh-made lemonade! ???? I didn?t get a chance to try their sauces, but youhonestly don?t need it with this meat. All in all, a great experience. I?ll be back for sure! Read more

This is very different Rosie's then whet I had before. The front door service was nice, friendly. The guy took my order and was... professional, BUT! that's where it all stopped. They brought out our food. I had the Tri Tip a la carte, and The potato skins. They were very good. And nothing else was good about them at all. I went up front to get a few containers to go, and the girlseemed very annoyed. She told me they do not offer a hostess service. They only have 2 employees on staff. There business lookedjust like we that. Their were about 4 customers in the restaurant including me and my wife. Food good, everything else wasAbsolutely Horrible. Read more
