Today was my very first time ordering from Panera Bread. I kept seeing the margherita pizza on TV commercials and couldn't... resist. Id like to share my experience...The first person that answered the phone said 1 person was ahead of me. Thats fine,I'll wait. She put down the phone and never came back! After waiting 15/20 minutes and realizing she's greeting another customerI hung up and called back. CJ was VERY nice/helpful but the ball was already rolling. When my husband got the pizza home Irealized it had NO spices on top, maybe 6 half slices of grape tomatoes and totally undercooked. It looked NOTHING like thecommercials I'd been drooling over all weekend! Well, I decided to put some spices on top, add more tomatoes and put the pizzain my oven and cook it a bit more. Well...because it was SLICES and not a whole pizza while trying to remove them the slicesfell thru the rack onto the bottom of my oven...upside down! UGH!! HORRIBLE "first experience" ever! Needless to say, I don'tthink I'll ever order from Panera again. And I'll change the channel if one of your commercials pops up. I don't want to befalsely tempted again. I came here to get some soup as a recovery meal post-op. The bowl size was perfect and the soup's temperature was perfect too.... This was since because it's so much better than canned soup. The place was quiet and clean. The only small issue is the signsaid my food was ready and when I walked up to the counter it wasn't ready. They actually cleared my name from the "ready"stage before it was ready. I'm guessing they must be timed on quickness, so they cheated the system a bit. Unfortunately my first time eating here I had a bad experience. My pizza was a flatbread but the crust was totally soft it was... very undercooked and I ordered The bread bowl with chili and the amount of chili they gave me was barely enough to fill thebottom of the bread bowl the bread was hard as a rock and didn?t taste very fresh at all. Started my day driving down to L.A. and decided to stop @ this Panera to get the usual Chicken Frontega ( It was delicious) But... this is not about the food.. it's About the people working there! I was greeted 3 or 4 times and got 2 or 3 thank you's. Feltthe good energy and culture is at point. THANK YOU ALL, "FELT LIKE A CELEBRITY WHEN I WAS THERE" to say the least????. I was really sad and wanted some soup and since I don?t live here I have to order out all of my food. I called 30 minutes til... closing, which I worked in service I understand you wanna go home asap, but I asked how late do they take pick up orders. Shesaid she?d ask and then came back to the phone saying they couldn?t take my order since they were closing soon. I always have a good experience when I visit this branch. Employees are nice and they?re all very helpful. Although I prefer... taking my meal home, I wouldn?t mind dining in as they keep their tables and chairs clean and organized. Also, floors are cleanand well-maintained. Another thing - one way to evaluate an establishment is to find out how they deal with errors. There was atime when they mistakenly switched my croissant to a cookie, but the manager I spoke with handled the situation well andcorrected it right away. PS I like how they?re letting you grab your own coffee now because you can choose put less to makeroom for milk. Read more

The portion is right and the taste is very good, but the salad is so so due to unfreshed leaves. 10/21/2022 Dueto a record high inflation, Panera Bread might decide to reduce the cost by removing 30% of Greek Yogurt in comparison to theprevious same item.
